Very friendly staff , nice lobby and bar , very well designed out room regards mirrors , desk , very comfortable beds with large windows with one window that opens a small bit . Bathroom was very good too with an amazing shower . Very good coffee making facilities and tea in the room . No fridge in the room though and you are no longer allowed ice from the bar . Great location to the town with a Lidl just around the corner . Didn't eat in the hotel as it was only one night and we had a busy schedule .

Rooms were absolutely terrible and nothing like the pictures online. Staff they had (they were grossly understaffed) were in many instances rude and uninterested in being there. No room service, no ability to charge food to rooms, nowhere near enough parking ….the list is long. My booking was just one of a much wider booking. Essentially there were 100 kids and 150 parents there for the weekend. We also booked the function room on the Sunday for a sit down meal (250 people). Bar closed at 11:30, residents bar was only opened upon request. In short I’ll never return to this place and the vast majority of my colleagues and friends that joined us feel just the same.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and serviced daily. In the rooms you will find USB chargers and USC charges next to the bed, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a large desk. The bathroom that we had, had a bath with a shower attachment which had good water pressure. The hotel itself is lovely. The only downside of our stay, was that there was a large group of children staying with their parents (however, I didn’t see many parents, I just saw streams of children ages 8 to 15) and they ran riot in the hotel knocking on doors and running away, They rode in the lift up and down, and being loud and obnoxious like I mentioned I see many parents I saw just lots of children. What really annoyed me was that when we were checking out and taking our cases down, some kids got in the lift and disappeared with it. We stood there for about 10 mins, in the end I had to drag one of my cases down the stairs on my own. Leave it at the bottom the stairs and come up as I came up to grab the other case. The boys appeared in the lift. I was so angry I had to drag my other case down the stairs too. I mentioned this to the reception staff and they said to me were their guests of the hotel too. I was not happy with the reply I got.
