The inn is on the outskirts of town on the south side. It's newer construction with modern finishes and the typical level of finish, which is to say some things are sloppy and would annoy you if it were your house, but aren't a problem for a reasonably-priced hotel stay. The breakfast is pretty standard fare with a typical variety of items, and proteins that change daily. Breakfast was surprisingly busy for February, so I think the cabins that are part of the same ownership must get breakfast amenities as well. Overall, we found it to be clean and accommodating and a good value.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The hotel is a few miles out of Moab and in a quiet area. The room and common areas were always clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast varied daily (but similar) all 4 mornings and the breakfast attendant was outstanding. She was friendly and kept everything stocked and cleaned. We did not use other amenities as the hotel pool/hot tub were still closed for the season and with all of our hiking activities, we did not use the gym. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We wanted to like this hotel, but there were a few issues. The towels were really old and worn out. It was pretty loud at night because the walls were thin. The contenental breakfast had mashed potatoes and gravy.... The price was a good value, so I wasn't expecting Four Seasons, but it was still disappointing all things considered.
