They charged me £5 to park and stated very openly that this was to recover the commission they had to pay to Hotels.com for the booking. I said I wouldn't have known they existed without the site and so it was revenue earned not commission lost - but no. Damaged shower was not good - couldn't control the 'fixed' shower head. Worst was breakfast. It is £10 for breakfast - turns out they dont do breakfast. They give you a voucher and you have to go over to the motorway services for it - and your £10 gives you a set plate and drink. I didn't want a cooked breakfast but couldn't have cereal or toast or fruit or yogurt - it was the plate of set food or leave empty (no refunds allowed). Really poor place, will certainly not be back.

The staff were top notch, the room was clean but the carpets were very stained. All things being equal we were out late and left early. And slept well. Don’t run low on fuel there, the gas station close to it is 30 cents more a gallon than driving 2 miles towards the closest town.

Easy check in, polite staff, room basic but hallway smelt of sewage, not pleasant but thankfully arrived in the evening and left in the early hours for flight…..sadly would not return….or recommend

The room was unfit for 4 people, one bed was like a mattress on the floor which with the rooms allowing dogs is definitely unsafe as my children have asthma and pet hair can upset their asthma, the room only had 1 towel and 2 cups for a booking of four people. And lots of other things that we've had to complain about and waiting for a reply from hotel manager.
Rust on all fixtures
Child's bed right next to a very hot radiator. Which is absolutely unsafe and dangerous and against all safety regulations. And like a dog bed as a mattress on the floor of pet friendly room which is not as described, when booked.
