Everything was great. The only problem was the room was not cleaned properly. Dust, crumbs on floor and desk was there all the days. Usually I clean the crumbs I make off the desk but wanted to see if they would vacuum the ones on the floor. They didn’t.

The staff was wonderful. The room was not the one we requested but it was very nice. The fireplace nor the coffee maker came with instructions, but maintenance was helpful with the fireplace. Two of the jets in the tub did not work properly and unfortunately, room service was no longer an option. Although you could go downstairs and pick it up your order. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we will return.
