Ett bra hotel med ett bra läge precis vid vattnet fast en bit upp. För att ta sig till stranden var det drygt 100m till den fina Palmanova stranden med det lugnare familjelivet och drygt 200 till Magaluf stranden med lite ungdomligare liv

Das Hotel ist super, der Ausblick ist einfach toll! Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten bei der Ankunft ein falsches Zimmer bekommen, durften uns dann aber aus zwei anderen Zimmern eins aussuchen. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und Abwechslungsreich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

The hotel is in a lovely location and the staff are fantastic however we were quite disappointed with the cleaniness of the room, we doscovered alot of very acrive little bugs under the bed which I had to spray and also cupboards doors were in need of repair. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together which even then had a huge gap in between and the noise from the water pipes really disrupted our sleep at night. We had to purchase ear plugs from the store next door as the pipes rattled every 3/4 minutes continuous day and night. The room and noisy pipes and room hygiene let the beautiful hotel down. However it did have good points such as the staff, location, activities put on for the and the rest of the hotel was modern and clean

Everything was perfect apart from the food. We opted for half board and the food was almost the same every day. also, they had only English breakfast: English sausages, beans, and all English things. Did I leave London for Spain to eat English food? Nothing Spanish. The Barman from the Lobby Bar was so friendly and professional; reception overall good. I didn't recommend this hotel for food, only the room.

Nice hotel, could be better. Wouldn’t rate it a 4*. The views are the selling point and location is decent if you don’t might the hill walk. Cleaning leads a lot to be desired and beds aren’t particularly comfortable, the sheets being too small for the mattresses doesn’t help. Food is ok, something for everyone, sometimes not particularly hot but standard buffet style dining, which does get repetitive. Not the best we’ve had but not the worst either. Pool is what is it in the pictures, not that appealing, but the beach is nearby. Be warned kids can’t jump in without being told off and it is shaded a lot, so if you like to stay by the pool most of the time it might not be for you. Not sure if we’d stay again, we had a nice room this time but there are alot of room locations that wouldn't appeal to us.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the bay. Rooms are clean and comfortable and large. Most staff are amazing, apart from one receptionist who is extremely rude. She swore at us and was totally unacceptable in her attitude. Perfect otherwise

I stayed at the _Leonardo Royal_ in Palma and overall, it was a very good experience. _The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming_, always smiling and ready to help — a real plus that makes all the difference. The hotel itself was _very clean and well equipped_, with great facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s easy to feel comfortable there. A small downside regarding the room: it lacked a bit of cleanliness upon arrival, with dust and a few hairs visible, which was unfortunate considering everything else was spotless. Aside from that detail, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place for its warm hospitality and overall quality.

Had a brilliant stay at this Hotel. We stayed in a studio room with partial sea view, very spacious room with a kitchen, ketal, microwave and fridge. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. It was nice and quiet as it was at the back facing the sea. We stayed half board and the food was delicious throughout our stay lots of choice at breakfast and dinner infact so much choice that we didn't get to sample everything. The only small criticism would be no fault of hotel would be it is on a steep hill which was tiring when coming back from excursions etc but would definitely stay again purely for delicious food and lovely staff.
