I stay here frequently. This place is the best!! Terry is absolutely lovely. I love coming here. It's a block from the London Bridge. It's tucked away off the 95. The rooms are adorable, the linens are fluffy and the rocks!! Love, love, Love this cute boutique hotel.

Has the potential to be a really nice boutique hotel, the room itself is spacious and recently updated with new bed, and other things. But 2 large desks seems a waste of space, a nice closet area with drawers & safe would be more practical Pillows were hard, and rooms anything but soundproof. It’s too bad some workmanship pride was not taken, as mentioned before the unit was recently updated but if using existing trims and doors, a lot more care in refinishing could have been taken. Black & white you can really see mistakes and paint drips, hinges were dirty but painted over. Staff was fine, we stayed 3 nights and our room was never serviced, day 1 we just asked for towels and at shower time realized they gave us extra bath mats, day 2 we asked if they would and we were told our room was not “on the schedule “ so we asked again for towels and were given some rumpled towels unfolded. Like said, has potential to be great, perfect location, easy access, cute pool, but lacks care. I would not stay again or recommend.

Easy parking, reception lady very helpful, room clean and good size. Only negative was at that moment they were refurbishing some of the hotel and reception area. But I think this will soon be over. The overnight stay was better than expected as the receptionist told us about the ferry to the casino across the water. We went and had a meal there and was a lovely added extra to our trip 👍 also the area by London Bridge was good.

Very welcoming host, who gave us lots of info about the area, we were meant to only stay one night but in the end we stayed two nights as the hotel was very convenient, the swimming pool was great. Always very warm, bedroom was on the small side but had everything in it that one might need, we were recommended a lovely local Italian restaurant booking was made for us we would definitely come back. Thx you for a great stay!
