Beach view obstructed air conditioning was a disaster to start with, excessive water on the floor coming from the system not being maintain properly, wash room no safety bar on the wall other then the cheap towel bar which dislodge when my wife slip out of the shower and attempted to hold and fell to the ground and broke her wright arm......not good after paying an extra $600.00 for room upgrade room 106......and then spending 3 days in the hospital requiring surgery etc. not to nice....

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, the staff was so hepful and accommodating, the room was perfect. There was only one things that prevented me from being able to give 5 stars and that was the bed. As a first time traveler to Mexico/PV I wasn't aware that beds in hotels (especially older ones, from what I've researched now) that the "bedframe" is concrete to prevent moisture and insect issues. It felt like i was sleeping on concrete, the mattress wasn't thick enough to help. Unfortunately, this is a huge part of an amazing hotel experience for me because I didn't get sleep. I wish I could say I'll definitely be returning but unless they change the bed situation, I can't say that.

Lovely location, comfortable bed, clean room. Bathroom needs an upgrade for sure, it’s a bit cramped and old but is still functional and clean. Ideal room if looking for quick beach & pier access. Good location for those avoiding steeper areas of the romántica zone. Staff are very friendly and accommodating! Recommend getting a room with ocean view/deck nice spot to hang out in the morning and evenings! I would stay here again.

Location was the best, but no assistance during the incident took place in February. Elevator had been out of order before the Cartel incident . During the cartel attacks to this city entire city stores and all closed and had hard time to find essential food for the guests. One written notice was put out after the incident, but no follow ups. I would think twice in the future if when I visit PV.

My room was great and the staff was exceptional. My only issue and the reason I would not select this place again unless they improved there WiFi. If you do not require it I would highly recommend this place. Wifi was practically non usable.

The room was really beat up. Couldn’t close doors without forcing them. Toilet wouldn’t flush without at least 2 attempts. lol not big poops. The WiFi was a joke. I just gave up on it. The staff was great, attentive and made the stay better. I wouldn’t stay here again without major improvements. Sorry to be harsh but there are better places to stay at the same price.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The relationship with Si Senor restaurant needed to be improved. We got hassled for walking through, and for wanting to lay on the beach out in front of the tables to the water. We went elsewhere to lay out and enjoy a beer.

I will preface my review with *we would - and actually hope to - stay again*. The Pros for us win out. :) The Pros: Super helpful staff, spacious room, lovely rooftop terrace, great location, amazing views, fun walkable area with great cafes, bars, and restaurants, beach loungers provided to hotel guests (there aren’t many, so go early to get one). The Cons: The rooms are in need of a facelift - very dated. The room was generally clean, but the bathroom could use a deep cleaning for rust and residue buildup. The pillows were quite lumpy, and the linens were laundered but some were stained and dingy. The most disappointing thing for us was how uncomfortable the chairs on the balcony were. We had the most amazing view of the beach, pier, and ocean, but sitting for long in the provided chairs was out of the question. Replacing those chairs with comfortable ones would be a game changer.
