Older hotel but recently updated. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Not a lot of noise from neighbors. Only negative I would say is the stairs leading up to the second story are not very wide. Almost rolled my ankle walking down, but it isn't enough reason to give a lower rating. Overall would stay again.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a note on the main door saying to go to another hotel in town to check in...of course I got lost looking for it, but got there eventually. Check-in was easy, staff very nice and helpful. When I got back to my hotel , the room was nice and clean. I tried to close the shades, but they were broken - I called the front desk (at other hotel) and told them the issue. They sent someone over to fix them within 20mins, which was great.

We have stayed here numerous times, and have always had a great experience. This trip was a little different. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom shower looked like someone had stepped in it with dirty shoes. The surrounding floor was clean, so not sure why. There were no bath towels only hand towels. If you have a choice, be sure to get a room with a balcony!

This was fine for one night while traveling. It was decent enough place for a good night’s rest, and we weren’t expecting anything more. We were on our way from Tampa to Key Largo and wanted to experience the Everglades, and this town didn’t disappoint. A couple really good restaurants in this town and we took a fantastic airboat ride.
