Room interior looks renovated, really nice, but we found a cockroach walking on top of one of the beds and breakfast very bad taste, eggs more specific but overall taste like (not real food). Also air conditioning inside the room was set to 61°F, cold and on the whole day and night but was throwing hot air instead of cold, room and breakfast areas very hot. Now talking about staff they were very nice people! Very good customer service.

I booked a room for a week but only stay for 1 night. The room was filthy with cacroaches in the bathroom. The fire alarm was hanging down from the wall, the paint was peeling off from the ceiling, dirty floors and moldy smell We check out next morning and asked for the full refund. Unfortunately they charged us for the night stay. The worst experience we ever had with a hotel ever!

The hotel is under renovation. The pool has no water, the stairs to our building were broken so had to walk now to another building and walk over. The room itself was nice. The microwave and lamp didn't work though. I went down was breakfast at 8:45am on Sunday and everything was empty except 3 steal muffins and 2 steal bagels. When I asked if they were putting more out, they said no, it's over in 15 minutes. Went down Monday at 7:45am and they were just setting up. Not even the coffee was made. So I guess breakfast is from 8am to 8:45!

The room that was refurbished shower did not drain properly door to outside balcony was not properly secure, lock broken, dirty carpet in throughout lobby, hall ways and stairs. I was lucky I was in a room that was recently updated but still had the had the above mention issues. Pictures on the Internet does not give a true representation and condition of this property. I do not recommend anyone staying there .
