A person was able to open our door while we were asleep in the middle of the night. Cockroaches alive and smashed to the wall. Stains on couch (regular brown and a red unidentified stain), stain on pull out bed sheet and mattress (brown), no blankets or top sheet for pull out bed. Listed as queen beds (family suite) really fulls. One towel in each bathroom. No dishes and silverware, one cooking utensil. Bathroom doors couldn't be closed all the way for privacy. Doors on bedroom where glass, motion light kept waking sleeping child and couldn't be deactivated. Exposed lighting wires in the ceiling.

Absolutely disgusting experience. The room had roaches, smelled strongly like urine, and clearly had not been properly cleaned. Several things in the room didn’t even work. She said i had to let you giys know that they over booked and i would like my refund back.I had already paid for the room online and it said the room was available. It was very frustrating.
