Well, from being a hotel with a bar with a menu, it has developed into a place with machines where you buy snacks in plastic containers. That’s going in the wrong direction according to my opinion. A plus is that they have kept the good quality breakfast!

I did this reservation because they write they had shuttle buses twice an hour. We stayed there in the cold wheather for more than 50 minutes and nothing..... As soon as we arrived with a 55 usd uber, in the whole hotel were signs saying: "make your reservation for transfer" why they didnt send us the write message? We would reserve.... The person in hotel said: theres nothing i can do, sorry for that...... If you decide to stay there, try to confirm 3x the informations

The shower fixtures were leaking water. The breakfast was only ok and seemed weirdly empty around 8am already. The sauna is cute but could use some more clear instructions on how to use it, what areas can get wet etc and it could be hotter. The shuttle bus is extremely convenient and was punctual in both directions for me.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years and always loved it, but since it went from Connect to Aiden a few years back I’ve seen a slow but steady decline. The food order service have been moved to a digital terminal thus making it less personable and it seems as if the chef has been replaced by heating up frozen items. Some of the towels are frayed, and the tv and trash bins have been broken at separate times. Breakfast hours are great and the food is still totally ok, however this time I ended up getting a used spoon and an unwashed plate from the clean bins at two separate times during breakfast. Even the bus drivers seem to have lost their humor. I’m sad to say I will start looking into other options.
