We arrived about an hour early and were pleased that our room was already ready. The room was spacious with a separate sitting area/couch and decent size deck. There is a kitchenette as well (but not microwave). The room was a little dated and is due for some updating. That said, the staff were all very helpful and outgoing. The clerk who checked us in (I didn't get her name) was really friendly and made sure we had all the information about the 3 hotels/resorts and what amenities we would find at the other properties. And Emilliano the night clerk gave us all kinds of information and helped us with out practicing our Spanish. Los Arcos suites is sister properties with Casa Susana across the street and Playa Los Arcos 1 block away that has direct beach access. All in all this hotel is due for a little bit of a makeover, but if you are overlook that, you should really enjoy your stay. We tend to not spend much time in our room or the hotel, unless at the pool, so we don't need 5 star amenities. Also the location can't be beat. For the money, Los Arcos Suites was a great value. I would defintiely stay here again.

Location was great but it was truly the people that made our stay even better. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to stay longer. Elizabeth made the changes and was always there for any assistance or questions we needed answered. Her consistent friendliness and smile amidst her being so busy with all of the guests truly makes her one of a kind. All of the staff was great, from the beach staff to the restaurant and Front desk. All were very helpful and accommodating. The only slight downfall of hotels.com( not the Los Arcos suites)- if you book Los Arcos Suites specifically, you do not get access to the Los Arcos Hotel pool that is pictured on hotels.com, you just get the beach access with towels and chairs (was not a big deal since we enjoyed the beach. But helpful for those expecting to have access to the downstairs pool. )There is access to a smaller rooftop pool across the street but does not have beach view. Overall, a great stay! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Everything else was fine, except for the bad experience my family had at Hotel Los Arcos (I think it's also part of your chain). On their last day, they discovered that money ($80.00 USD) was missing from their room. The room had been cleaned even though they had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. A report was filed, but since they were checking out the next day, the management did nothing. They said their staff was trustworthy, but their belongings (bags and other items) were not where they had left them.

This was our third stay at this resort and it was fantastic! The staff were all in credibly friendly, the room was always well taken care of, our food was very good at each of the spots, the pools were super relaxing, the spa was the perfect beginning to our trip and I felt generally safe to be myself throughout the entire stay. As a person within the LGBTQ community this is incredibly important. Thank you to every single person who made this stay as great as you did!

Very well located across the street from its sister hotel, Playa Los Arcos and beach access. Breakfast vouchers were given to enjoy the buffet breakfast which offered a delicious selection depending on the day. Don’t sleep on the French toast/pancake station and the “eggs your way”. The room smelled a little damp which is to be expected due to the humidity and proximity to the ocean but was remedied by burning the candle I brought with me. Very strict on their wrist band policy but I made it so I could slip it off for the evenings I was going to a nice restaurant. I would stay again.

Amazing spot right in the middle of town but surprisingly quiet and secluded with its central courtyard. We got a room facing the courtyard (travelling with a baby), and it was super quiet and our monitor reached the pool. You also get beachfront access to the towels and chairs through the sister hotel. The staff are amazing and the property is clean. The room was a bit outdated but spacious and cool. The kitchen was very sparse but we didn’t need to cook while there. Overall, amazing spot and we will be back next time we are in PV!

The staff was amazing and really helpful , our room was so comfortable especially our bed. Also really convenient because we were able to walk almost everywhere. The only thing was the restroom in our room , it needs to be renovated because the walls had some mold and it’s really old. It was clean for sure but I think they can do better and upgrade those areas .

All the amenities are at a different hotel requiring you to walk down the block to get drinks, food and towels. The staff on site are great and very attentive. Even though you go to the other site to get your amenities you are not allowed to use that sites pool. If the package is all inclusive at least have the pool available for the guest.

The staff were excellent. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and they let us check-in early and upgraded our room to a bigger suite. Then when we went to check out they let us use the facilities for 3 extra hours as we had nowhere to be. So lovely. The furniture is getting older, the internet wasn’t always working in our room, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.
