When making the booking it wasn't made clear that I wasn't speaking to the Hotel and would therefor have to pay a parking fee and also for meals it was necessary to walk round to the Ramada. Being semi disabled and having just undertaken a lengthy cross country drive, I was not amused. Staff were as helpful as possible.
