Staff was extra friendly, 10/10 for the young man working in the lobby. Breakfast was good and the staff there was also extremely nice. Only negative remarks we had was paint smell in the corridors (they happened to renovate during our stay) and some night time construction work on the rails right outside our window (bad luck and not fault of hotel - of course you should consider these things when booking a hotel close to train station with a tram ride going right next to the hotel).

Unfortunately the Air-conditioning didn't work in the room we were in, so it was very warm and uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast was stale and inedible. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We did not appreciate how we were treated by the staff. The pictures on expedia showed a room with two large double beds. The room we got had two tiny twin beds crammed together. I pointed this out to the receptionist, who simply did not care. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom.
