Breakfast was not included in the already high price of the room. If youregoing to hace to pay for breakfast, then just go to a restaurant near by. The valet guy was great, the check in girl was super friendly. The evening front desk clerk was very rude and dismissive, didn't even look up when asked if the bar served food? Our bathroom had the used towels from the previous guest and the beds were very uncomfortable. We sank into the middle when we laid down. Will not be staying there again.

We arrived half an hour after check-in and waited 30 minutes in line to check into the hotel. Upon finally getting to the desk, we were told our room was not ready, and the staff had no idea when it would be. Needless to say, we were not happy having to take our bags all the way back to our car, parked down the block. We returned five hours later after the Cardinals game had ended, and our room was ready. The hotel comped us appetizers and drinks which we took advantage of because of the delay in check-in. We had a corner room on the seventh floor, which was really big, very comfortable and super clean. I was very impressed. although it was very annoying at the initial check-in, I was very pleased with the hotel itself, it was very quiet on a Saturday evening and we ended up having a nice day.
