Staff was amazing. We stayed during a snowstorm. We were stuck in our room for an entire day and we were not able to go anywhere to get any food until the evening time so they were kind enough to give us extra food they serve at breakfast which it was great. We were very grateful. It was still snowing pretty bad when it was time for checkout and they allow us to stay to additional hours for free. Comfortable bed. Cons: we picked this hotel because they had a pool and a hot tub and we thought that if we were stuck in there for a day, we could at least use the facilities. Well, the pool was not in service and neither the hot tub. That was pretty much the only thing we didn’t like. We will definitely consider it in the future, but I will make sure to call before making reservations to make sure the pool and hot tub are open.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel - I'm glad I didn't listen to the few negative reviews. The staff was very kind and helpful. Easy check-in, the property is obviously older but it is clear they have worked hard to remodel/update. Nothing fancy and no frills, but if you want those things then you shouldn't be booking at Super 8. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very nice BIG pool and hot tub was good too. Pool being open until 11pm was a huge plus! Breakfast was definitely adequate with several hot options.

Yes, the room was freezing cold and the heater ran all night it was loud with the fan on low and on the auto setting.Breakfast was awful and the room was freezing cold. Also checking out I rang the bell 3 times before someone came out to take care of me. Well never stay there again not the friendliest place to stay. ☹️
