Achei a diária muito cara para o que oferecem. Vários pontos a.notar: 1. Café da manhã somente a partir das 7h30 (tarde) 2. Check-out muito cedo, às 11hs 3. Piscina e área da piscina (espriguucaxeifas e cadeiras para tomar sol) só abrem a partir das 10hs. Não dá para ir na piscina ou tomar sol no último dia e ainda tomar banho para sair às 11hs 4. A TV não pega os canais normais. Tem de entrar em um app que pede assinatura para passar Globo, SBT, etc... (Ou a atendente não soube informar com fazer...) 5. Longe da rua principal do Itagua, onde ficam as lojas

O quarto estava limpo, não gostei das atendentes que estavam de cara fechada e no chekin e checkout ficavam cobrando 10% de taxas, só que no app do hotéis.com já pagamos todas as taxas. Bem constrangedor, não sei se é norma do hotel muito chato. E no café da manhã achei muito ruim, café de qualidade ruim as frutas não tinha sabor algum, não estavam doces.

Adoramos a estadia no hotel, não temos o que reclamar, tudo maravilhoso. Tudo super limpo e organizado, café da amanhã com muitas opções e delicioso. Com certeza iremos voltar. Um ponto que achei super legal é que eles tem disponível protetor de cama para criança não cair, pois minha filha tem 2 anos e não usa mais berço, então o protetor foi essencial.
