旅館位於布拉格市中心，交通方便，到各景點走路也很方便可以到達。櫃台與服務人員親切有耐心，依照此房型的設備與空間，我認為值得此價格。唯一可能不習慣的地方就是房間太冷，無法調升溫度，可能是因為我們來自亞熱帶國家，對於室內溫度只有攝氏20度感覺太冷，但調整至攝氏25度，卻沒辦法升到25度。

如果是搭Uber前來，會停在路口，因為飯店門口車子是進不來的，所以行李大概要拖行了150公尺左右就可以到達，其他都沒有問題。

There was mold and water leaks in the bathroom, the air quality throughout the hotel was very poor, there was a constant smell of cooking fumes, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The staff said they would look into the issue, but no action was taken.

Hotel is overall good, location is very good, the staff is nice except one or two employees, all people smiling. I might think staying in the same hotel in future too. Only one thing i would never recommend to any foreigners, if your reservation is pay at hotel, do not pay with credit card due to somehow very high commisions around 10-20% which never told to us. I do use my same card in whole world without commision only this place told me its due to my bank they issued this much amount which is not correct. So in terms of payment if you find way to pay through your reservation agency or pay on hotel cash you will be fine. On the other hand all is good with the hotel

The good: great location in the heart of old town Prague. It is in a historical building with luxurious decor from the 14th to 18th century = very authentic vibe to the place. The staff were very helpful and the included breakfast was good quality.It also has a high end restaurant that we didn’t have time to try. The not so good: we were told we got upgraded to a superior suite. Since it was on the top floor, the low beams and slanted ceilings had us ducking the whole time. If you’re taller than 5’10”, watch your head. The old, raised bath & shower with a beam in it required gymnastics to get in & out of, too long shower curtain that you couldn’t help but step on, no real coffee in room, uncomfortable pillows, weak to non-existent wifi. These are all small things that added up to a less than ideal experience for the price. Summary: great location with authentic historical decor and excellent staff, but know that you’re sacrificing some of the smaller comforts of a higher end hotel.

La chambre donnait sur la ruelle assez bruyante, surtout tôt le matin lors des livraisons et le soir, lors des sorties de touristes. La literie était correcte. De beaux rideaux occultants mais qui étaient accrochés trop bas pour bien cacher la lumière de la rue. Sinon, la chambre est très sombre dans la journée. L’hôtel est gênant dans son attitude à vous imposer sans scrupules des pourboires à chaque moindre occasion. Ils vous les incluent tout simplement dans vos additions et même dans la facture finale de l’hôtel en disant qu’il s’agit des taxes et des frais de nettoyage. C’est assez désagréable. Les fenêtres de la salle de bains donnaient sur la cour intérieure et le restaurant. La douche était dans la baignoire qui était assez haute. Pas très pratique non plus. Le restaurant est très bien vendu mais médiocre: on est mal assis, le service maladroit, pas d’attention envers les allergies (sauf l’indication sur la carte mais pas de pain sans gluten par exemple). Les plats sont très simples. Les trompe-l’œil au dessert sont jolis mais pas bons à déguster. Aucune attention particulière du personnel. Personne vous dit bonjour quand vous passez. La situation peut être intéressante si vous voulez visiter la vieille ville, mais finalement, j’aurais préféré être logée dans un autre quartier car il y avait trop de monde, pas très propre et la qualité de la restauration étant très médiocre aux prix élevés.
