Nice and relaxing stay, staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice, good choice. Location is great, next to Costa, Greggs and McDonald's. Flat walkway straight into town centre. Bit noisy next to the road, next time would prefer the car park side. Lovely room and comfy.

The room was a great size. Everywhere was spotless & clean. The breakfast was excellent as had choice of the usual hot items & continental choice too. The location was good as it was quiet & near the docks. So a great area to walk around in. Would definitely book here again if staying in Swansea as excellent value. Special shout out to the reception staff who couldn’t do enough for you & do friendly. This makes a difference when you’re travelling solo.

We were in Swansea for 1 day so it served its purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a small bar but the taps were not working. We were able to get an Uber into the city centre (about a 5-8 minute drive). There is plenty of free parking at the hotel. There is a McDonalds next door but that is about all you can walk to, its sort of an industrial area along the motorway. It was fine for our purpose (football match) but if I was staying longer Id likely get something closer to the city with more amenities.

The room was very spacious, clean, and we had everything what we needed. Bathroom was for disabled and one minus was that there was no shiwer curtain so the water was spraying everywhere (on toilet as well) but that was not end of world. Staff was very helpful and kind. They have tried to accomodate all of our needs, were very helpful with freezing our freezer units, which we were relying on during our travels. They were very positive and recommended some experience in Swansea on rainy day. Breakfast was amazing, there was a lot to choose from, fresh smoothie, loose tea (not ussuall but great perk) and it was with lovely view(felt like in small Jungle) We would 100% stayed again, thisbplace is close to motorway and perfect spot for discovering and traveling around South Wales.
