Our stay surpassed all expectations. Check in was wonderful, the receptionist was very friendly and super-efficient for being almost 800pm at night! The spa was amazing; Lily and Melanie were great. Maybe wish the area was a little bit bigger but no real complaints. Maria was great to work with scheduling our appts. Loved out we were able to be so close to downtown Newport and Thames street without having to stay right in the middle of all of it! The beach views were absolutely incredible.

Room was cleaned, had a nice view. Amenities were nice. I inderstand yhays a bot off season but breakfast was very poor. The only hot stuff, uou could get was a waflle. No meat, no eggs( only cold boiled). Also stuff at fromt desk very rude in my opinion. Always seemed fruatrated when a question get asked. Not sure why it was of season so its not like place was busy. Because those 2 things this place only got an good stay not excellent.
