The carpet in the room had visible dirt from a previous guest, that looked like it could have been cleaned before another guest used the room. We didn’t mention as only stayed one night, however, would have asked to change rooms if we were staying longer. Self checkin was good, however, when we had a question we found that one staff member stared at us while we waited for the second staff member to finish a phone call.
