Jeg havde bestilt et Spa ophold til mig og min forlovede. Jeg bestilte i den tro at spa faciliteterne var til rådighed under hele opholdet. (Selvfølgelig inden for åbningstider) Det viste sig at man "kun" havde spa i 3 timer, hvilket også er ret lang tid, men det var 3 timer i streg. Man kunne ikke dele det op, og der er ikke noget som helst andet at lave på hotellet for at fordrive tiden. Det er også en enormt kedelig placering af hotellet. Kunne ligeså godt være en rasteplads, så det er ikke fordi man havde de store muligheder. Vi kedede os enormt meget under vores ophold. Vi brugte det meste af tiden på at se tv (chromecast er tilgængelig) Restauranten er heller ikke noget specielt, for slet ikke at tale om personalet. Servicen var praktisk talt, ikke eksisterende. De havde en ny tjener under oplæring, der skulle trænes, så der var 2 til at tage vores bestilling. 2 mennesker, der ikke gav så meget som et smil, eller øjenkontakt. Under hele opholdet virkede det kun som om vi var til besvær, og det er på trods af vi gjorde vores bedste, for at starte hver interaktion på ny. Frisk energi, smil og øjenkontakt. Men intet blev gengældt. Hverken fra receptionen eller restaurant. Rengøringspersonalet er tilgængelig søde og smilende, så det er dejligt! Vi kom afsted til spaen uden vores mobil (da det ikke er unormalt ikke at må medbringe den) men vi fandt ud af at alt bestilling skal foregå gennem den, så vi kunne ikke få lov at bestille drikkelse under spa oplevelse heller.
