Very disappointing experience. United Airlines cancelled our SFO–PSP flight, which was our final connection from the UK, meaning we had no way of making the stay. While we understand the room was non-refundable, we weren’t asking for a refund, only a date change given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t willing to help at all, which felt quite inflexible and unsympathetic. Because of this, it’s very unlikely we would consider staying here again.

A propriedade não possui cortinas blackout, somente venezianas de madeira que deixam entrar luz no quarto e também na sala. Nunca havia visto isso antes. Uma pena porque é espaçoso e bem mobiliado, com cozinha, utensílios e máquina de lavar louça, roupas e secadora. Inadmissível pelo valor que cobram a diária não ter cortina adequada para escurecer o quarto.

The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils, cups, a coffee maker, coffee, glasses, and even wine glasses! There was a lounge chair and some chairs on the patio, and the pool and hot tub were nice and clean. I liked that you can purchase breakfast and mimosas at the pool area in the mornings.

Everything was very nice. My one complaint would be that the air freshener in the lobby was OVERPOWERING. I am very sensitive to fragrance and I could barely make it through the checkin process. It made me physically sick

Beautiful resort, well kept grounds, friendly staff, room was spacious and well appointed, many activities to participate in - tie dye, escape room, table tennis, bingo. Near the arrival flight path of PSP but planes were so quiet it did not disrupt our stay at all. Taco Tuesdays food was excellent. Many good restaurants close by. Pool is a little small for the number of people using it. Would definitely return and would recommend for a group with varied ages.

The room assigned was available for early check-in. It was clean w/ everything in good working order. My only issue was that it faced the parking lot, not the greenbelt and the mountains. I called for a change to the other side (facing the mountains) and was told there were none available. I requested to be waitlisted and they said OK. We never received any further response from management.

The apartment was fully stocked with all kitchen needs, bring your own food and beverages. We had oven, microwave, coffee pot, hot water kettle, toaster, dishwasher AND washer & dryer. Pool area is beautifully landscaped, as is the whole property. Office staff can help with anything you may require. This is the place!

We really like this place to stay because of the amenities, full kitchen and convenient location. We have requested, and until this stay, have gotten the type of room requested (mountain/golf course view) on the second floor. Of course, this is never guaranteed. On this stay, we did get the building with the view requested but were on the first floor. Still a nice stay just missed being able to sit out on the balcony in the evening and morning.
