Rooms need a LOT of updating. Older hotel with ok amenities. Heat/Air conditioning unit did not work at all. Booked us in a room that was already occupied by another family. I always enjoy walking into someone else’s room. Hotel fixed it, but still very unsettling.

First I'll start with the things we did like about the hotel. We arrived a little after 4. Check-in was quick, and we were offered what floor we wanted to be on.The room was spacious, clean, and there was a balcony The thing we liked the most about this hotel was the access to stores/restaurants. You could literally park at the hotel and walk. Also there is a Chili's restaurant on the second floor. Here are somethings we didn't enjoy about the hotel. The bathroom is tiny, and in need of some major repairs. This may not be an issue for some but it was for my family and I. I'm going to say this about every hotel I stay in that does what I'm about to say. There should be another protein option besides pork. Offering a turkey/chicken susage wouldn't be a bad idea. You can't assume that everyone eats pork. Non pork eaters should have an option as well. However if the issues I mentioned isn't a problem, check this hotel out.

I would say you get what you pay for but this was too expensive fot the condition of the rooms. Immediate red flag, when checking in two people came down to complain about how there rooms were not cleaned as they asked. I should have left but continuted to check in. When one of the cleanling people came to the front desk, the person checking me in asked why the rooms weren't clean and the cleaning person said "we were short staffed and they didn't get to it" I honestly think they should burn this place down and start over.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we were given was profoundly dirty – the bathtub was unclean, the carpet was stained, and the bedding was also filthy. The front desk staff seemed surprised that we received such a room, and after being moved to another, it was also used and not cleaned. They explained it by saying they were short-staffed and fully booked, but I had made the reservation online the day before, so this excuse was not acceptable. After I asked for the manager, he was shocked, went upstairs to fix it, but when we returned, the room was still just as dirty. I do not understand how they can accommodate guests in such filthy, smelly rooms. We stayed just four hours and left, as it was unbearable – we couldn’t even lie down.
