Main issue was that the hotel charges residents for parking. This is just unacceptable. They offer a reduced parking rate for guests but just not good enough. Should be included with room. When I complained upon check in. they removed the fee. Also attended a ball at the hotel. Know mass produced meals will never be of high standard but their main course steak meal was of quite poor standard
