I really like everything about this place it’s just that right now they are remodeling so it’s not the best of conditions. But the room is nice, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. And it’s close to the airport which was important for me.

Very friendly check in staff, hotel was under renovations during my stay Feb 28-Mar1, 2026, but I had no issues getting to the elevator or my room. Heat and A/C worked well in the King suite I stayed in. Room was VERY clean and had fridge, freezer w/ ice tray, microwave, and a small sink. No cups or dishes, even disposable, so bring your own if you'll need them. Comfy couch and sitting area with TV, and a TV in the bedroom. The bathroom sink had soap & lotion pumps and the shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps. The only things missing were a trash can in the room and a DND hanger/magnet for the door. Would love to stay here again, very peaceful stay and convenient location for a quick getaway at a great price.

Hotel is being renovated. My room was new, great condition. There were no glasses and the coffee didn’t fit the pot. Room needs towel holders and more trash cans. Had to leave before breakfast and hotel shuttle started after we had to leave so we walked to the airport. It is very close so no big deal. Phone did not work. Wakeup call was an hour early. Eventually, after the renovations, it'll we very nice

Room wasn’t cleaned the best, especially having small children. A huge pill was on the floor by one of the beds and when I scooted the nightstand over a couple of inches I found a facial razor and various other items. The pill I trashed but I left the rest. There were hairs in the shower and a huge hair in the fridge. We were given one washcloth, 3 hand towels and 3 body towels for a huge double bed suite. When it’s late and you’re trying to bathe small children with a hand towel it’s annoying. Also, after checking out I realized one of my sons prized possessions had been left behind and could not get anyone to answer the phone, I called 6 times and the phone just rang and rang but every time I came by during our stay there was always someone at the front desk so very frustrated to not get through to anyone.

Waited on maintenance I told Anita at front desk at my check out regarding my no shower....no hot water last eve.... She said basically nothing I told here i wrote review on hotel.com Customer service shpuld said Let me speak with Asst. GM and or GM Give partial refund for my inconvenience of my payment of 157.00 She just I still enjoy my stay here byt yesterday check in Ruined my relax vibe before work:(
