I showed promptly for 4pm check in. I didnt get a ro9m for an hour. They kept telling my room was being cleaned as I stood there watching guest after guest over that hour get a room and check in. Every time I inquired the front desk seemed un interested in helping for givinge another room . Obviously based off all the other check ins there were rooms ready they coupd have offerd. The room was great. Loved the balcony and spacious room.
