From the outside immediately you see what to expect at this property poorly maintained and filthy with no breakfast at all it wasn’t even a continental breakfast had yellow stained sheets that I had to change as soon as I checked in many safety violations also and of course when you make a reservation there is no refund so they got you after reading the corporation standards you realize that is just a company promise that falls short by not requiring the franchise to follow those same standards

Amazing! I Pulled in at 11pm after driving 13 hours of driving. Great location in between Lexington & Knoxville. Great deal online & im pretty sure owner gave me a free upgrade. Clean, comfortable & i slept like a rock. Carefull with your speed on main strip. So easy to do 20 mph over. Fantastic vending machine prices. Sorry i slept thru breakfast so no review. I got to meet son in the morning. Great family business. I'll be back next spring.

First, I have to say the staff we dealt with were very nice. However, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The building is VERY neglected. The carpets throughout are very dirty, the wallpaper is bubbling and peeling and it’s very dark. The lounge area was very dirty and the drink machine was out of order. Our room had large stains on the carpet. The bedding smelled clean but was stained as well. The walls had chunks of sheetrock missing and there was some mold around the windows. Furniture was dusty and there was “something” dried on the wooden headboard of the bed. You could tell that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned and sanitized in quite a while. The only ice machine didn’t work and there was a lot of noise from other guests children running back and forth from the pool. The elevator floor was constantly soaking wet from pool water that had been tracked in, so you had to be careful and not slip. If you are desperate and just need a place to sleep for the night, then this would do in a pinch. But we won’t be staying at this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The entire building looked like it was about to collapse. Bad water damage on walls and ceilings, the bathroom ceiling also had mold on it. It had an AWFUL smell. Our first room had a busted shower head, our second room that we got switched to had around 6-7 hairs on it. It was terrible. Couldn’t get my money back either. I will NEVER stay again, even if I were homeless and the room was offered to me for free. That place needs to be shut down.

The whole hotel is neglected. I am sure at one time very nice property. Outside and inside poorly maintained. Sheets so wrinkly not sure if they were fresh ones. Toilet seat loose, sink cracked. Lobby bare. Breakfast pretty much non existent. Juice machine broken. Few slices bread English muffins cereal. Very few guests I’m sure some other rooms must be in better shape but this was ridiculous. Won’t be back

I booked this property for the hot tub (the first amenity listed under "popular amenities"). Unfortunately, the front desk staff informed me that there is no hot tub/spa tub. My guest and I were very disappointed.
