The entire hotel was pretty rundown, hallways had water dripping from the ceiling. It might have been nice at one time, but not anymore Staff was nice.

Horrible disgusting room. No toilet seat. Shower curtain looked like it was from a horror film. A chunk of counter was missing showing concrete, Elevators were broken too. I left. Staff were horrible and Hotel.com left us stranded. Stay away from this hotel and if you expect to be protected by this platform forget that too

I understand the hotel is recovering from the hurricane…for that, I expected to tolerate the poor condition of the hotel. The staff however were some of the worst. Our room was not ready until 4:30. Dozens of people left waiting for rooms and staff didn’t even apologize. We asked for a 1.5 hour late check out and we were laughed at.

When going for check in the staff was unpleasant and the wait time was very long. The room was neglected. Bed sheets were very dirty. In the shower, previous visitors left their used soap and were never removed by the staff when preparing the room. There were more than two soaps on the shower wall. I slept without covering because the bed sheets were stained and smelled really bad.

Property is not as decried, towels, bedding was dirty, old and smelly. Mildew on shower, shower curtain. Hallways have holes and mildew. This property has a great location. Hopefully Expedia update the pictures and lower the price. This was a big led down. I was catfish by Expedia and this hotel. I got pictures to prove it.

I feel ripped off , I couldn’t stay a this hotel , I feel that the photos online were deceiving. Reality was that this hotel was not what was shown in the pictures, the hotel was literally falling apart, the rooms had broken windows, no covers on the beds, total unsanitary and neglected premises. I tried getting a refund but was told by staff that there was nothing they could do. I want a refund, ended un getting a different hotel. All 5 rooms that I got were dirty , had ripped towels and broken windows, this property should not be listed on Expedia.

Property was unhealthy, not safe, a lot of moho odor, showing walls interior/exterior damaged, wall with big holes, floors without illumination (obscure) with tiles broken, electrical wiring exposed, ascensor not functioning, A/C not working, dirty bed clothing with red stains, dusty courtains. Receptionists with lack of good manbers. Room was rejected/refused due to unsafe and unhealthy conditions. We do have pictures to support statement.

Recepción muy buena por parte del personal, habitación muy limpia, pero... Las condiciones del hotel están muy malas, no se ve que le hagan mejorías en su aspecto o presentación, en pocas palabras esta muy descuidado el hotel, y no puede ser posible que al pedir una bebida en el bar te digan que no cuentan con limón para poder prepararla, la TV no funciona, te dan un control remoto que tampoco funciona, no hay canales para ver por lo que si opinaría que es necesario más atención en esos puntos ya que deja mucho que desear y la verdad si lo pensaría para volver a hospedarme con ellos si no mejora en esos aspectos, saludos y gracias.

El hotel está muy viejo, le urge remodelación, las habitaciones estaban sucias y olían mal, llegamos y no había nadie quien atendernos, y después de 20 minutos de espera, el recepcionista que nos atendió nos dio una pésima atención, fue despista y grosero, hasta me arrebató mi INE, y me negaba que no tenía la reserva, se tardaron casi una hora para darnos las habitaciones, la verdad nos hizo pasar una mal estancia.
