房间凑合，我们住了七天，只有一次免费打扫，第二次要付$50，只有一个泳池，客人多的时候可能找不到位置在泳池边，虽然在海边，但是那个海不可以进去游泳。

The room was amazing! And Kevin at the front desk was exceptional! But everyone else seemed like we were taking up their time and really did not engage the guests. Not that I was expecting a Disney type guest experience but the Lyft drivers were more engaged then the staff. The hostess at the front of Tavern n Town was excellent but the rest was

Wish i was able to have checked out the gym, but injured ankle prior to arriving. But, the staff was above and beyond attentative, nice, and went out of their way to make you comfortable. I mentioned the pool was a little packed, shortage of loungers, and mentioned maybe add some on the beautiful sandy beach? Next day! There were over 30 + displaced along beach! It was filled immediately with guests! Everyone thouroughly enjoyed it! It freed up the space at pool, and spaced guests out more evenly!😉 Appreciate them responding so quickly to a suggestion! I have photos, hope im able to post in my comments! Cant wait to go back! Both restaurants were off the hook delicious as well!!!!!Btw, extended our stay, the one bedroom suite to over a week! Loved it!

The condo we rented was fantastic! There was a broken dining room chair and the whirlpool only had one working jet and the water for that tub never got very warm. The biggest disappointment was being told the pool was closing as early as it did, something around 7:30 PM.

Room floors were unswept and so was balcony. Balcony had an entire snack bar on the floor of balcony. I found a watch battery on the floor of the main bathroom. I was with my 13 month old baby. Had he found that and swallowed it we would have a bigger issue at hand. I went to front desk and ask that housekeeping come in and sweep and mop floors in room and balcony. All they did was pick up the granola bar. Room floor still had dry food on floor and our feet were black from walking in room barefooted. Would have mopped floors myself but all that was provided was a broom. Not even a dust pan. No dish soap either. Next issue, toilets barely flushed. Had to report a clogged toilet and the other not flushing at check out. Main bathroom sink faucet was leaking tons of water when turned on. And finally, got room with pool access..DO NOT bother to rent room with that in mind! It’s stairs leading down into a very steep area with bushes etc! Not one paver to even create somewhat of a walk way. Very dangerous and not really a walkable area. I left me kids go down that way first day and when I saw it from the pool I was shocked how they can say that is “accessible”. For the money I paid for 4 nights I was very disappointed. And I will say this… Key West is my hometown and I was visiting family. Next time I’ll just go to a cheaper hotel for the same quality room. Disappointing

The rooms were large, spacious, and clean. The pool and beach areas were very nice but could use some new chairs. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Key West.

The room was good. The price was good and the shuttle downtown is great. The pool is small and not enough chairs for the size of complex. They charge $25 for you to park your our car. The beach water is dirty and you wouldn’t want to swim in it.

Absolutely disappointed in our experience! The only ice machine was behind the check-in desk, which was two buildings away. There were no beach towels at the pool, had to go get them at the main desk. The elevator to our unit was broken and we were three flights up. The person that was supposed to help with our luggage getting upstairs only guided us, no help with bags, Advertising as a luxury stay was completely misleading. For the amount of $$ I spent this was beyond unacceptable!!

My husband and I had a great time at the hotel. The room was very comfortable, the bed, shower and towels. The staff was very friendly, except the shuttle driver, he was king of rude. Breakfast didn't have many options, but was delicious, Roberta took a very good care of us.

Not enough chairs at the pool, poor customer service at the desk, elevators are breaking (and one was broken), you share a small hallway with a stranger (weird) - very loud depending on your neighbor, and no umbrellas by the beach along with lack of cleaning the seaweed there.

Had to wait for thirty other folks to check in But my other two rooms for coworkers got to check in . So just over an hour later they gave me a real nice big ro With the jacuzzis tub huge dinning roll and Landry and double balcony with a loft on top of the balcony for great 369 degree viewing So was a great spot Great restaurant by the pool bar and by the lobby real good food

The hotel was adequate. There were no vending machines nor ice machines available to guests. We had rented a cart and at no time could we pull up to the bank of chargers to plug in. The same carts were in the same spots at all times. The pool definitely needs more chairs and towels.

We did not have a view and the elevator wasn't working. Front desk not as welcoming as he could be. Check out couldn't print a receipt, only email and because we booked thru Hotels. Com they could not even give us a total price for the stay.
