Staff are always helpful and professional! Loved the complimentary waters - still and sparkling, one of the reasons why I return to this property. It might seem such a small detail, but also the Border biscuts are lovely perks to have! Property is scenic and quiet. Anemities incredable. Pur bathroom had a bath and a shower. Bed so comfortable. Anything you might need the room provides - hairdryer, ironing, etc. And parking is included which is a massive plus! Will stay here again!

We got a free upgrade and the room was beautiful. Hotel provides coffe, tea, biscuts, complimentary still and sparkling water and toiletries! So impressed! Bed is really comfortable. Didnt use the apa facilities, but good to know that even after check out at 11am you can still use the spa till 1pm.

So many amazing amenities! SO MUCH COMPLIMENTARY THINGS! Thank you Rowhill. :) The room was a cozy, with slanted ceiling and view was to the front of the hotel. Woth the view of the lovely grounds! Perfect for warly spring! The only thing i would say the room needs some minor upkeep. Myb a change of wallpaper by the sink mirror, lots of black scuffs, mold in the shower by the corner. Skirting board worn. Other than that clean, beautiful, and I will definitely be back ! :)
