After the first day we did not receive enough clean towels and the room was not cleaned. I asked about that and they said they clean the room every other day. Then the next day did not receive enough clean towels and the room was not cleaned. Then the other guy said that they only clean the room at check out. Then the room next to us played a continual beat of music throughout the night. Could not sleep. Front desk did nothing, so I called the room and politely asked them to lower it and they did. The premises is bare minimum at every level. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in 30 years.

The hot tub was very nice to relax,but the Jets weren't able to go on the switch for them was busted. The room was very nice except there was no light in the bedroom area only a lamp for light which worked fine. Breakfast was good had a warm biscuits eggs and sausage with along with toast. Forgot to pack Tylenol and they had some in the vending machines but it was quite expensive. Overall experience was good except when we went to check in with our name and ID we were told we didn't have a room and had to go to the second Baymont 10 minutes away in downpouring rain, just to be told that the original hotel was the one we were supposed to stay at. Front service ass got snippy with us and she put in the name on the ID correctly and showed that we did have a room Make sure to double check the confirmation email and if it isn't correct due insist that you have a stay.
