Sheila was absolutely amazing from check-in throughout our stay. She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.This was our first visit to New Orleans and Sheila helped with getting a tour arranged. She also ensured the other members of our party were on the same floor. Loved the location of the hotel. We will use this hotel again when visiting New Orleans, as we do plan to return. Great stay!
