This place has a great variety of lodging options for groups of all sizes (or a single person). Well appointed, and super conveniently located. Pet friendly with a very reasonable daily pet fee. The Cinnamon Bear Inn has easily become my go to favorite in Mammoth.

I stayed in Room 5. Ground floor and door was inside, so the room stayed toasty warm with the heater on. However, the room was also in the housekeeping area. The bed was against the wall where the washing machines are, and at 6:42am, they all went into the spin cycle, shaking the wall, bed, and windows. I thought it was an earthquake. Once I was awake, I could hear them as well so I had a hard time falling back asleep. With that said, I love this property. The staff is always so friendly! Check in is a breeze and the property is generally quiet. Breakfast is delicious. The other two times I've stayed here have been 5 Stars so make sure you have your earplugs (they provide foam earplugs) if you're in Room 5 unless you're planning to get up super early anyway!

My experience mirrors other recent reviews. Good budget option. It’s loud, slamming doors a constant day and night and inconsiderate loud people. Earplugs or fan white noise a must. But where else can you get a good clean room in Mammoth for this price that’s got walkable great food options? I wish the hot tub wasn’t so gross. At least the bath tubs are big. I thought the value was higher n par with the cost and I would go back.

Yes the breakfast was very fresh, it was freshly made in the morning. Mountain view was very beautiful and so much snow. The small kitchen was perfect for my family of 4 very spacious and they provided plates, cups and utensils as well as a small portable stove.
