The room was clean though in need of some updating. Mattress was ok. Paying 10 to park on the property seemed inappropriate. No coffee until 8:00 AM as it appears that there is no one on the property in the night hours. Of course, the price was below just about anything I could find. It was the only place near the medical center I had an early appointment at. Just a couple miles to Coco Palms area with nice restaurants and seaside park etc.
