As the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for." I booked this last minute and the location is great, right next to Bob Evans and near Target and plenty of other stores. The lower score is because it seemed they were in the midst of some touch-ups and repairs. So there was paint cans staged, a fan in the hallway and a slightly strange smell. But overall, all the pieces were there... the bed was comfortable and the TV had plenty of channels.
