This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at carpets were stained bedroom smelled. They really just need to tear it down. I ended up just leaving and finding a different hotel to stay at and eating the cost. That’s how bad it was. It was so bad I didn’t even care if I got my money refunded. I just wanted to leave and go somewhere else.

Pictures on Hotels.com we’re not even the same hotel. They appeared to be up-to-date in modern and when you checked in everything was old and dingy would personally like to recommend a full refund.

So not well maintained. One of the blinds was missing I had to manually shut most of them because they would not shut with the little handle. The bed is totally uncomfortable. The walls are super thin so you can hear the dog whimpering and barking next to us when the owners left it. They're outside the property is weeds and just not nice at all. There's a $20 fee if you choose to check in before 3:00 p.m. but the staff did let us know that. Staff is nice not any problems with them. We ended up checking out after the first night lost her money for the second night because it was not a good fit. I am not particular about Fancy things so when I say that this is not a good place to stay that is saying a lot. I've stayed at many Motel 6s before and yes they're older it may not be as pretty but when the toilet gets flushed and it sounds so loud and the back of the probably doesn't sit right on it it's just a mess I would not suggest anybody to stay there unless it's the last resort and one day would be your tops.

The facility was nasty. The rooms had cockroaches in there, floors were so dirty and disgusting. Walls were super thin, can hear everything going on. Couldn’t even get towels when asked. The outside was sooo gross full of dead grass and weeds and nothing but dog poop and pee everywhere. That hotel should be shut down. I had a 3 night stay but stayed first night. We left. Time for hepatitis shot. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere, do not stay there.

The outside of the property looks like a condemned lot with weeds and trash all over. The pool area had some work being done. Our room was clean, but furniture and blinds need replacing. The free coffee area was nice. For a motel in a high tourist city, you would believe the Motel 6 chain would want a bright and shining facility.

It was the dirtiest establishment that my wife and i had ever stayed in. As a matter of fact, we left without spending the night. It was that bad. Run down is the best description we can give to describe the property. The best advice i can give is; dont stay there, awful place. Also, check the hotel rating in Yelp. Check out the photos submitted. Studio 6 Suites looks nothing like the photos submitted to Hotels.com

The hotel is cheap and worth it if that’s what you’re going for! It is not the cleanest motel , lights were out in bathroom, vending machines all broken, jacuzzi boarded up. There is a nice pool and my room had a nice view of the lake! But if you don’t plan on hanging out at the motel and just need cheap place to sleep this is it with A/C! The staff was friendly, I would stay again!

We were really disappointed with our stay. The room and property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or maintenance. When we arrived, there was a coffee spill left on the counter, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were also several maintenance issues throughout our stay. The toilet chain repeatedly broke and appeared to be held together with paper clips, which was frustrating to deal with. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, making it difficult to use. The window blinds were either missing or patched together with duct tape, which added to the overall run-down feel. Outside, the property was not well kept—there were weeds throughout and a noticeable unpleasant smell in certain areas. Additionally, the hot tub was closed, which was disappointing since it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to. Overall, the condition of the room and property did not match expectations, and we would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made

The picture of my room i booked were not what I got by far. This place is so run down it was terrible. The hallways smelt like burnt popcorn and nasty feet. The carpets were stained on the hallway and my room carpets were worse. Found a piece of a crack pipe in my sheets. I travel extensively and this by far was one of the worst places Ive ever seen. They sent me to a room someone was already staying in. Any of the previous reviews that said it was clean is lying. I would avoid this place at all costs

Staff seemed stressed and was extremely slow. Hallways smelt weird. There was trash all over the property including diapers. People using the pool were not all guests at the hotel. I have a clap for medical necessity and there were no plugs close to the bed. I would never stay there again.

This was the most run down property I have ever stayed at. Lamp shades broken, no toilet paper holder, horrible towels, only on face wash cloth. The carpets were so bad I left my socks on. The hallway carpet was horrible. I will never stay there again. The whole place was run down, even the vending machines were “use at your own risk”. “No refunds”.
