The hotel is also close to Brunstane rail station with regular trains to Edinburgh Waverley, and there are nearby bus stops for buses into Edinburgh city centre. The room is clean and, although fairly basic, is decent size and contains everything you need. The breakfast is of good quality, and the adjoining gym and spa are definite bonuses.
