Overall, this was a good place to stay for a couple days allowing us to explore the city on foot. Visitors should note that the hotel is near the highway and an entrance ramp, so there is some vehicle noise. Our one complaint about the room itself is that there were almost no available electrical outlets. This was especially true near the desk; we had to unplug something in order to plug in our laptop.

The receptionist was really good but it was under par for a hotel. I have stayed in many Sheritons in the US. We were excited by the 'Chop house' on a friday night after a 3hr trip to be told they could only serve chicken tenders but the bar was open. We went out to eat and came back early around 9.30pm to have a final drink, the bar was shut. The receptionist was amazing and got us a drink but after I checked out which is yet to be resolved, I now have a room service charge for the drinks on my bill and no refund for my incidentals.
