沒有清晰的泊車指引及接待處正門位置的地圖，只有在斜路的側門有前往接待處的指示牌，沒有駕車來的乘客要爬幾層樓梯才到達。很不方便。住宿、款待及餐飲十分滿意。

The check in was smooth plus staff were helpful, the pool / spa was good condition, everything open and well kept but the rooms were not 4 star standard , quite worn carpets , and bunk beds were old , the breakfast was not nice , very dry , had been left out on hot lamps for a while and should of been regularly replaced and regularly checked, scrambled eggs were awful , black pudding ,and sausages were dry and tasteless so not the 4 star quality in a Scottish hotel that we were expecting sadly . The 24 hour reception when called later at night was unmanned and no one answered when we wanted fresh water either so they shouldn’t say there is a 24 hour reception if no one is at reception.

The rooms can do with a deep clean. From the sink to the skirting it was filthy. We had a family room, the top mattress was burst open, which you could see from the bottom bunk. The handle on the cupboard in the bunk bed room was broken off, not ideal as meant we couldn't use it. There is an additional charge to use the swimming pool, I didn't know this until check in. Breakfast was alright, however, there were no pastries the whole time were at breakfast, and there was still and hour left of breakfast service to go. Although setting is good I wouldn't rush back to this hotel.

We had an overnight stay the hotel looked amazing, the rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was so comfy the facilities were excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful I would highly recommend this property. The prices at the bar were reasonable and the food was exceptional

Good for an overnight but wouldn't stay any longer. Hotel is very tired in areas and could be doing with a refresh. Additional charges for parking and use of leisure facilities weren't made clear at time of booking. Would be nice to see some USB sockets in the room and more than the bog standard tv channels. Only having a fixed shower head isnt great and the 3 in 1 shampoo/soap/shower gel was in short supply. Bed was extremely soft with lots of roll together so not great. Staff were lovely though and it's in a great location.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom was clean and was a good size. Bathroom dated, cracked floor tiles. Inbath shower was of fixed height, which made washing difficult if over 5'8. Complentary tea/coffee etc. in room not replenished. Used mugs not removed /replaced. Internet was great. A good variety of options for breakfast, although staff had to be asked to replenish items which were finished. Dinner menu disappointing and limited. More akin to a bar menu than a hotel restaurant. Leisure facilities were good.

The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. Some of the bathroom fittings/radiator etc are a bit dated, considering this was a deluxe room. The armchairs in our room need upholstered or replaced.
