Breakfast was great. Staff at breakfast were wonderful. The person who checked me in was so helpful. Was able to check in earlier after 19 hours driving. Housekeeping were great too. The only issue we had was, that the whole water system was clogged up. The sink with bathtub took forever to drain and same with the toilet.

I have a REAL review. I’m going to start by stating the general manager has to be one of the rudest ppl with horrible customer service. Her name is CARMEN! The gm wouldn’t give me a bagel because bfast is over at 10, I was inside the breakfast section I was staring at the bagels right infront of her. “Breakfast is over at 10” was her response with a nasty attitude that I returned right back! I walked off and she started talking about me not aware that my sister was sitting at a table right there! She could shove that bagel where the sun don’t shine! I never went back to get breakfast! I’m going to start with breakfast. It has great reviews because they basically go around with a google paper with a barcode. If u leave a good review the workers get $10 smh. The eggs are watery the sausages were pink on the inside. Sausages and bacon drowning in oil. The only thing good is the pancakes. So if you are coming here for the food DONT! Bruce is the breakfast host. He’s great but they need to purchase him a new shirt he’s walking around with holes in his uniform shirt! This is supposed to be nonsmoking rooms with smoking sections, but apparently Everywhere you turned somebody was smoking outside of the designated area. Including in the rooms. To the point my sister walked in our room and said omg it smells like cigarettes in here that’s because we had the balcony door open. When I go outside somebody on top and on the left side we’re smoking on the balcony! This place also has people
