The hotel facilities are quite new and generally well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I appreciated. The room size was adequate and suitable for a short stay. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. Noise was a major drawback—I could hear significant noise from other rooms as well as from outside traffic, which made it difficult to rest. The bathroom layout was also not ideal: the towel rack was positioned next to the WC, which did not feel hygienic, and there was no hand soap provided at all. Another issue was the shower water temperature. It was very difficult to adjust to a comfortable level, as the water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, with no stable, ideal temperature in between. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its modern facilities and friendly staff, but improvements in soundproofing, bathroom hygiene provisions, and shower temperature control would greatly improve the guest experience.
