This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The first room I was in didn’t lock properly and it looked like someone punched the tv. The room that they moved me too was not much better. The towels were stained and there were stains on the comforter. Clearly you get what you pay for.

The room was dirty, smelled bad, door was held together with tape, sink cracked, and not even a working tv. Key didn't work and someone let me in and said they would bring a replacement which didn't happen. It felt unsafe to even stay at this property and i left to find a better hotel.

Parking was easy, in the first room the light switches were not working, the faucet handle was broken, the linens were dirty, there were metal parts coming out of the bed, very dangerous for walking closer to bed. TV didn't work. After complaining they give us the other room, which were not that great but better than the first one. The toilet water tanks had different lids, not belonging to the tank. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was disgusting. Bedspread had stains, the phone cord was cut, the bathtub was stained dirty, showerhead had a film on it, and there were holes in the walls. There was also only 2 pillows for 2 beds/4 people, one set of towels, and a half a roll of toilet paper. We didn’t stay longer than 10 minutes. Hotels.com customer service phone wait was over two hours. I will be disputing yhe charge!

My stay was good. It wasn't a 5 star hotel but I didn't expect that. It was close to a meeting I had downtown and the location was perfect.The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean. Everything I needed for the evening. Will stay there again when I have future meetings downtown. Thanks
