La ubicación de la tienda era fantástica al borde del mar y en primera línea, pero las instalaciones y el mantenimiento dejaban e mucho que desear. Una de las noches llovió y la tienda se inundó, así que hubo que cambiar de tienda y ésta tambien tenía goteras. La persona que envió el responsable aplicó un poco de silicona y a correr. La verdad es que lo que ofrece el glamping no se corresponde con el precio que se paga ni con la calidad de la comida. En definitiva, un lugar muy aparente y hermoso pero que resulta algo decepcionante.

Hospedagem maravilhosa, em contato direto com a natureza em um pedaço do paraiso. Equipe local super simpatica e disponiveis para ajudar. Mas infelizmente o atendimento antes do checkin deixa muito a desejar... Mandei diversas mensagens tanto pelo Hotels.com quanto pelo whatsapp e nao tive retorno.

Bon accueil. Nous avons été conduit à notre bungalow tente situé juste en face de la mer. Il y avait très peu de touristes (4 ou 5 couples). Nous avons pris le déjeuner au restaurant de style polynésien face à la mer. C'est Mathurin un haïtien avec un beau sourire qui nous a servi le repas. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Le soir après la baignade nous avons pris un cocktail. Nous sommes endormis avec le bruit des vagues et le lendemain, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Nous avons aimé Glamping Ecolodge. C'est un peu de polynésie en République Dominicaine. Dommage que ce soit aussi loin pour y arriver. Voiture indispensable. Nous recommandons pour une nuit ou plus.

The tent was very nice, it was enough for two people and it was clean. The overall environment needs much more cleaning. You see a lot of garbage or plastic particles on the beach and around the facility. The place is also very noisy, I was expecting silence but no way. Early in the morning the staff starts talking, People is moving around and you hear everything in you tent. Wc and showers should be in a better condition. The breakfast was nice, the food was also very tasty but it was very expensive. We did not have any other options so had our dinners there but paid a lot of money.

The location was great! The good- the beds were clean and the washrooms and amenities were clean. The staff tried to accommodate your needs but they are very very slow. The à la carte food is very tasty; however the breakfast is the same EVERYDAY so if you are staying more than 2 nights it gets repetitive. They always have transportation to Bahia de las Aguilas; however in comparison to the local prices it is very expensive. If I could do it all over again, I would go straight to Bahia de las Aguilas beach and not do the unnecessary stops at St.Andres beach and the “natural pool” as those are in my opinion not worth the extra fee. There are tours offered rag the lodge but if you go out of the lodge to the right of the national park entrance, the tours are significantly lower. I got to say that the food at the lodge was very tasty, good portions and reasonable prices at the a last crate restaurant. The bad- the tents need replacement. When I got there, I had to get 3 holes repaired. The beach access points is lacking. They have a main access which is not steep but my access point was dangerous to use as it was very rocky. I had reserved ocean view and accessibility was disappointing. The concept as an ecolodge is smart and fun

La habitación estaba muy limpia al igual que las sabanas, los baños en buenas condiciones, algunos del personal muy amables otros no tanto pero en términos generales todos bien, lo unico es que deben ser un poco mas puntuales con el horario por ejemplo del desayuno y a la hora de buscarnos cuando se realizan viajes en lanchas Del resto genial la experiencia, la repetiria sin dudarlo!

Fue una experiencia muy buena, tal cual lo soñamos. El personal muy amable y servicial. El mesero que nos atendió todo el tiempo fue Saulo y siempre fue muy amable, respetuoso y dinámico. Lo único que a la hora de la cena tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para ordenar porque estaba muy lleno y solicitamos mecero más de 4 veces. La comida fue excelente, buenos precios en relación a la cantidad servida y muy buen sabor. Deben mejorar un poco en la limpieza de las casetas, baños comunes y las atenciones de las chicas de la barra/ counter de servicio; les falta un poco de tacto. Daisy la chica de recepción fue muy amable y siempre sonriente. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente. Recomiendo la estancia y volveria con mucho gusto.
