The elevator did not work so I had to carry luggage up six flights of narrow stairs. No consistent water supply to the bathroom and the hot water was non existent. Could not take a shower and barely had the water pressure to run the sink. Bed filled the entire room so had to climb across bed to get to an area to put down luggage. Horrible experience. NOT A HOTEL
