The morning and afternoon staff was amazing. I had an issue my first night stay. There was a continuous loud noise, which we later discovered was a side door slamming. I didn't sleep AT ALL the first night due to the noise. I called front desk at 3am. The clerk on duty , who was from a different property was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me. Only after calling front desk for some sort of housecleaning service after 2.5 days, minimal service was afforded with changing out the towels. Used glasses and coffee cups not exchanged for new.
