For the price, it was surprisingly clean. Basic everything but its NH and really not expected to be fancy. It was nice to have my car right in front of my room. The hair dryer was ready to use and didnt have to fish it out then take out of a bag. Good size fridge also. Even the remote batteries seems fresh. Wish I brought a streaming stick because the provided channels weren't much to watch. The continental breakfast was as to be expected and may be just enough for most. Its a good location between bretton woods and north conway. The tub did back up though. Not a big deal for me. I would stay there again.

This so our go to place when we visit North Conway. The staff at the reception are very nice, the Continental breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean. It is a quiet place to stay off the beaten path but close to everything in town. I highly recommend staying here.
