The best part of our stay was the front desk personnel. They were all very professional, along with the valet. The bellman was rude. We ended up carrying our own luggage. You pay a resort fee for basic amenities - wifi, super small fridge, pool access (that you have to go elsewhere to use), etc. All that comes normally with the price of the room at all other hotels. I booked a double room with 2 queen beds, but it would only allow 3 devices to access wifi. Once 2 phones were connected we could only connect 1 additional item. We wouldn't have connected our phones if we knew this was the case. Tried to disconnect our phones but they wouldn't disconnect. Struggled to find an outlet for my laptop. There was only 1 outlet in the room and it was not in a convenient spot! And to top it all off, the Steak 'n Shake inside the hotel was horrible. Complained to the manager about health code issues with the employee preparing our food. (Wiping her nose with her hand, no gloves, and then began preparing our food items. Hell no!!!)
