We stayed in a jungle private room. The staff are incredible, so kind and helpful. Bartenders, servers and the food are great…amazing even. The jungle room view overlooks an outdoor nightclub and the entryway is facing a busy road. It was quite loud so might not have been a good fit for us early birds. The earplugs were much needed. Bed was firm. All acceptable but leaving this feedback for others.

Staff check-in amounted to a person leading us to our room, while we schlepped all of our luggage down three flights and up 5 flights of stairs. All means of communicating with the.front desk is via whatsapp. Food was ok at best. The music at night is a nightmare. The property next door went until 3 am one night...no amount of white noise or earplugs is sufficient. Music on property went til midnight on Saturday. No fridge in the room...if you want to refrigerate anything you have to do so in a common room under the honor system.

This is the place you dream of vacationing at. Whe you book a trip, you want it to be wonderful and meet all your expectations. THIS IS IT!!! I could not have been more pleased with the decision to stay here. I was already planning the next trip whilst enjoying breakfast 10 feet from the waters edge. The people are fantastic.
