The staff were wonderful, helpful, and friendly especially the overnight attendant and the tall gentleman who works in the mornings. The place is very quiet, and I was fortunate enough to get work done remotely without any issues. Highly recommended!

Passed out drug addicts in hallway, whole place smelled of Marijuana, building falling apart, no electricty in room given, front doors didnt work, back door no lights, parking lot all potholes, very dirty, only one worker who refused to refund my money as I was not going to stay in this unsafe place. Do not believe any good reviews or pictures that are shown. Place needs to be shut down

We were supposed to get airport shuttle. When we checked in at 3:45 we were told they were all filled up for the next day. That is the reason we booked this hotel. We then had to pay for our own transportation. We also didn't know that it was a homeless shelter. The police were there when we left for the airport at 3:45am. Terrible scary stay.
